Room Mom's and Phone Tree

Last year, when one of the large typhoons came to Okinawa, the school lost electricity for a few days. As a result, we were unable to communicate to the families about a school closure. To try to help with that, I asked my Room Mom's to help me make a phone tree. This was sent home today. Please keep it and refer to it in case of an emergency or for an important message.

Here is a message from the Room Mom's:

Dear 1.2 Parents,

We/Yumiko, Sewwandi and Rika will be this year's Room Parents, and we are looking forward to a good year.
We are planning to have First Coffee Social for the parents near the future, and will announce the details later.
