Homework Checklist and library books and AR

Hi everyone! I hope your week has been going well. Here are some things as we continue on through the school year that you might want to keep in mind!

Library Books: please make sure to send them back to school with your child on Wednesday mornings! During library time, your child usually gets 2 books. One book must be an AR (Accelerated Reader) book. It will have a blue sticker that looks like this.

Depending on the student's STAR test results, the child will have a book within their reading range to help them continue to improve in reading. On Wednesday the students will take a quiz over their ARbook at their level.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR CHILD IS READING THE BOOK. It's a good idea to read it together and ask them questions while they read it. The other book they can check out is a book they can have for fun for the week.
